How to exchange I need a large medium doesn’t fit to small for me

I ordered size medium of the individual finger sleeves and they were too small for me, but the company sent me the large version of each and did not charge me or ask me to return the small ones. Great service. As an older person, I often get a tendonitis (swollen bruising) on my finger joints when doing any hard gripping work. I have not been able to find gloves that cushion the tender insides of my hands. These sleeves help protect my fingers from tendon injury. I used some heavy duty string to tie them all together so I don't have to figure out which one fits each finger very time I have a job to get done.

good for beginners. it protects the thumb while you get used to the form. fits well and holds well. thickness is just about right. does need some getting used to. works for what it is.

I use for racking my pistol slide. My thumb was getting sore. Now, that is not an issue. I also use for weight lifting. Excellent quality. Does not slide off.
